07/12/2016 Great cast, good story. This movie has some problems. The editing is kind of sluggish. The acting is half-baked. At one point Anabella Sciorra even fumbles her lines. Some trite dialogue ("Right now we are so young"), I really wanted to like this movie, given the retro cast (Glover, Sciorra, Madsen, Baldwin!). But with all its great elements, the directing and editing fall short. Oh well. See more 07/06/2016 "Back in the day" they knew how to make movies...... To totally novice actors in lead roles also reciting idiotic dialogue. Using Lilo Brancato to try and stir controversy obviously did not work for this turkey. Just Awful. Rehashed same old same old story only poorly written and portraying Brooklyn residents as white racists, while at the same time Having to see them give a role to the 'accused' and somehow not convicted? felony cop killer a part in this? Who financed this? Do they realize they'll never see their money out of this? But more importantly..why even make this film without getting a professional writer and having the lead roles played by professional actors. Just awful.
