I'd say it was aimed at those who have a good knowledge of the MCU as a whole but could leave the casual viewer a bit lost now and then when it comes to some characters/easter eggs. The acting is passable — especially from Spader — but the script, screenplay, and conception are very poor. Vision is played as complete dumb and incapable of anticipating clearly predictable behaviour, and the presence of the other AIs just muddies the plot. This while this is quite boring.
