A century before the events of "Game of Thrones," two unlikely heroes wander Westeros. In an adaption of George R. R. Martin's novella "The Hedge Knight," a young and naive but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg, face a series of dangerous exploits. Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne and images of the last dragon have not yet passed from living memory, great destinies and powerful foes await these improbable and incomparable friends.

For me coming back to the world of George R.R.M was like home I'm in love with this world and i was so excited to see the characters from the books coming alive on screen and i wasn't disappointed they did a great job everything was almost like the book and that is important for us as a ASOIAF fans I'm so excited for the next season we will discover a new places of the realm With my new favorite duo

I didn't need to see butt nuggets eject from a man's cornhole nor did I need to watch an old man with a 10 inch prosthetic dong peeing for an entire opening scene. Shock value, nothing more. This show just felt "off" in a way I can't really put my finger on but the attempt to "humanize" the characters with what felt like contrived humor fell flat for me. Weirdly off, especially when contrasted with the gratuitous violence we have all come to expect from Westeros.
