Bridgerton follows Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor), the eldest daughter of the powerful Bridgerton family as she makes her debut onto Regency London’s competitive marriage market. Hoping to follow in her parent’s footsteps and find a match sparked by true love, Daphne’s prospects initially seem to be unrivaled. But as her older brother begins to rule out her potential suitors, the high society scandal sheet written by the mysterious Lady Whistledown casts aspersions on Daphne. Enter the highly desirable and rebellious Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page), committed bachelor and the catch of the season for the debutantes’ mamas. Despite proclaiming that they want nothing the other has to offer, their attraction is undeniable and sparks fly as they find themselves engaged in an increasing battle of wits while navigating society’s expectations for their future.

However, what works early on is the theme of relationships being tested... Best of all, the yearning romance fans crave is here, too. Go to Full Review

It’s another story of unrequited love made possible by poor communication, the avoidance of social scandal and undeniable chemistry, which is exactly what you want from a season of this steamy series. Go to Full Review

Season 4 of Bridgerton, while enjoyable, is moving away from the earlier templates of the show (seasons 1, 2 and Queen Charlotte). The show now is very much an ensemble drama and no longer the fluffy rom-com period drama it used to be. Go to Full Review

Chena J. @PandaNar 2h Was probably the season I like the least but it was still wonderfully binge worthy! I enjoyed the Cinderella take on this story and a surprising sad loss of a character. See more Mary Hannah D @MHlalalala 5h My favorite season yet - everyone's motivations made sense and felt real. See more Javiera O @SilverJazzie 5h From book to screen this is the better adaption with the correct changes. The acting of both main characters is top notch, giving us scenes full of emotions. Understanding society rules in 1800s (even if Bridgerton is not ver accurate) is very important in order to understand the characters choices. Soundtrack was beautiful chosen, side plots enough to keep you engaged and not wanting to skip and the epilogue scene of the wedding is the only happy wedding Bridgerton has given us and I'm thankful. See more C M @Tishacalloran 6h The most memorable parts were the lighthearted family moments the Hyacinth teenager ball dance, the funeral dance with family, Colin Penelope and Eloises loading faces when Ben came into the room. Portia personality and her with Varley. Even Colin with his bro in laws was endearing. Eating and that meet up was cute. The Cindrella trope just didn’t do it for me. Be my mistress just NO!! We are lucky for the family moments we got, they ate the second part up. The first time between Sophie and Ben was aggressive unpleasant when she said to be gentle? Obviously!!Didn’t feel tender or loving to me. We know Ben is a rake but it didn’t feel any different with his "love match" than his sex in all other season. Like it was not special feeling of being in love. Sorry but how Sophie said Mr Bridgerton really irked me the accent was off there. An easy unmemorable watch for a few cute family scenes in s5. Thats it for me. Could have used more memorable scenes of Anthony and Kate with family.. See more Marina F @Marina1999 7h Temporada péssima, protagonistas péssimos. Faltou química, expressão, foi mal interpretada, com cenas forçadas. Em compensação, tivemos excelentes sub tramas, que conseguiram passar por cima da trama principal, que não trouxe o brilho e a magia das temporadas anteriores. Não vale o hype.
