What to Know

Critics Consensus

Getting the gang back together, Now You See Me: Now You Don't repeats a lot of the franchise's familiar tricks, although there's still charm in seeing these characters pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat.

Audience Says

A spectacle that relies on its narrative sleight of hand, the fan-cherished Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is gleefully enjoyable and rewards the Horsemen with a satisfying return.

If a movie could be punchable, this one would be. Go to Full Review

Eisenberg's prickly snark is still fun, but with the tricks getting less convincing and the scripts more exhausting, it might be time for this franchise to go up in a puff of smoke. Go to Full Review

Absolutely delightful as a villainous diamond heiress is Rosamund Pike with a wicked South African accent and a twinkle in her jaded eye. Go to Full Review

Alex D 3d Although slightly better than NYSM 2, this movie does little to justify the continued existence of whatever this is. The fun of the second act of this movie is the only thing that saves Now You Don’t. Cool spinning rooms, solid character reveals, and entertaining movie magic made me feel like I was going to be entertained by the finale. But…alas…it was just another more mediocre version of the second films finale. Loved Rosamund Pike and her South African accent, and I also mostly enjoyed the three new Horse people, but boy this felt like a slog for way too much of the run time. The Eye is sidelined, Dylan is reduced to basically a magic mirror, and we as the audience are left with nothing to be truly amazed by. This series has always been silly and hokey, but now hopefully at the end we can all collectively agree that this group of movies only ever had one note. Seriously, these people must be stopped. There are only so many cringe jokes for Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson to tell. May just be time to send these horsemen to the glue factory. 😃 See more Dorothy C 4d It was fine. The first two were much better See more Charlene T Feb 12 it was ok, same ol' story See more Mr Hollywood Jan 20 Waste of time. Adds nothing to the franchise. We don’t need another entry See more Christy P Jan 18 It was really good, I loved all the excitement See more Mike S Jan 11 Not the best of the group See more Read all reviews
