When Will (Stuart Townsend) and Karen (Charlize Theron) Jennings are held hostage and their daughter is abducted, a relentless plan is set in motion that will challenge everything they took for granted. The script is impressively stupid, and the film makes a heroic effort to avoid logic at all costs. By the final act, you’re no longer concerned about the characters being trapped. You’re just questioning your own life choices for not turning it off sooner. Do yourself a favor and skip this one!
