Wild B @WildBEAR 3 days ago 9/10 - Way better than I expected I went in thinking this would be just another celebrity Traitors clone, but The Mob actually feels fresh. The Italian villa setting, the mob movie-style jobs, and the whole "Don has absolute power" makes it way more tense than your usual reality competition. Parker Posey is PERFECT as the host - she plays it so dry and funny and… weird! And the cast are actually good, I can see they’re the kind of people are gonna go for each other’s necks, it's a strange mix but they all bring drama. Sure it doesn’t have the same lying in plain sight that you have in The Traitors but they can’t just copy and paste that show. It has more over-explaining/repeating things for second screeners than I’d like but the show has its own character, you can tell they’ve spent budget on how it looks.
