The concept was interesting, and they did do a lot with it. I think it could have gone farther with the set up and delay the twist a little longer. Another gripe was that the villain was way too broad a lot of the time.

Started off well, but half way through lost the plot. And the ending was stupid and completely lost all of us. Would have been an ok movie with a different ending, but with the current ending it was just plain stupid and senseless. Idiotic choices by the director and the writers. Wasted 2 hours of our Friday night. Avoid it.

I didn’t want to love this movie. I wanted to want to turn it off quickly and shake my fist at the minutes wasted. Alas! This film is funny and dark and kitschy in a fun way. Totally worth the eye rolls you’ll get recommending it to others.

Sincerely I love this movie it was great, watching it this Christmas of course traumatized me by how Luke turned out sadly, but it was all apart of the scenario and was very heart felt for myself. Technically Luke kinda did have some sort of Motive even if it wasn't the best, but it showed how sad he was deep down and the issues the character had. I just have soft spots for characters a lot I guess, but the movie entirely was both amazing and upsetting. The director and the cast did a great job, I wish there would've been a continuing to the movie. ♡
