It felt less like a horror about the devil and more like a woman going through a terrible pregnancy. I'm starting this review with 20 minutes left of the film and only one paranormal thing has happened. It felt so weird and out of place. Barely anything has been explained yet but my biggest pet peeve about this movie is the overused "found footage" format. I dislike the style of film in general but if the story is not going to carry the movie, it's even more pointless for me. *20 mins later* I could barely see any of the end, it truly felt pointless to me. It also felt incomplete, mainly because I didn't get a sense of what the goal of it all was. The priest briefly explained but that was the only explanation.. It's an okay watch but I'm not watching it again. Kind of a mashup of Paranormal Activity the Marked Ones and the Last Exorcism, and the effects are awesome! Todo va girando en torno de una mujer siendo víctima de una entidad demoniaca que se origina por medio de su embarazo. Lo que se ve en esta película es una especie de versión muy escabrosa de la trama de Rosemary's Baby. Es bastante corta y no pasa mucho al principio, pero la transformación de la mujer es bastante perturbadora. El concepto del anticristo es algo que se ha usado bastante, pero siempre se las arreglan para contar algo escabroso en relación con el nacimiento de un niño. Ver a la futura madre siendo el envase de algo demoniaco es lo fascinante de la película y aunque ya parece algo muy predecible lo que va a suceder al final, Devil's Due igual sigue siendo una película horror aceptable para un rato de tensión en la oscuridad.
