Fun legacy sequel, did a lot of things right, good callbacks, great acting and pacing. There was no reason to retcon Halloween II, as it did not make it any more or less creepy, but that's overlooked by the nostalgia, and vibe. Pretty straightforward, not much else to say 4½ stars and fun to watch every Fall.
