While not intended for those effete sophisticates whose idea of film is a Merchant-Ivory classic, this first movie for Johnny Brennan and Kamal proves fitfully funny as the boys bumble along with their low '90s humor.

Non-stop laughs from these two '90s pranksters who run afoul of NYC mafia. Helmet performs and Ozzy speaks in this chase film which is essentially a collection of hilarious skits playing upon stereotypes, many expanded upon from the comedy duo's highly successful CD series.

Some things just age very poorly and are better left in the past, where they can remain fond memories. I used to piss myself watching this in high school, but now... it's just a lot of cringe. There's a couple kind of funny reactions throughout, but for the most part it's poorly done. The Frank Rizzo character they do is still a riot though.

This movie is just stupid and pointless. Although a plot line was attempted, it has so many holes it just falls apart. Even fans of the Duo's comedy albums will be severely disappointed.
