Reasons why this sequel sucks: the turtles don’t use their weapons, the turtles have freckles, dark tone from previous film is gone, the actors dubbing the turtles’ voices are recast, April O’Neil is recast, Casey Jones is absent, the Shredder is recast, original characters made up for this movie named Tokka and Rahzar are antagonists instead of Bebop and Rocksteady, an original character made up for this movie named Professor Jordan Perry seemingly takes Baxter Stockman’s role, no Vernon, and no Erma.
